As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team across various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and a strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.

– Provide logistical support for events and meetings, including setting up video conferences and arranging travel accommodations when necessary.

– Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as required.

– Prepare reports and presentations, ensuring high standards of accuracy and presentation.

– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

– Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.


– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

– High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.

– Must be a legal resident or citizen of a European Union member country.
