    About the position:

    We are looking for a temporary Payroll specialist for maternity cover, starting from the 1st of July .
    As our Payroll Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our payroll process, ensuring seamless and accurate handling of monthly and annual payroll tasks, alongside managing time and attendance records. You will be the go-to guru for all things payroll-related, answering queries and providing top-notch service to our fantastic team.
     
    Responsibilities:

  • Collect and Process: Gather and process payroll data with lightning speed, collaborating closely with HR and other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Review and Monitor: Keep a sharp eye on payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
  • Support and Assist: Be the friendly face behind the payroll, fielding questions and requests from our amazing employees and managers.
  • Mutate and Update: Handle benefit plan changes like a pro, from pension funds to other perks, ensuring everything is up-to-date and in line with regulations.
  • Interface and Coordinate: Act as the bridge between our outsourced payroll providers and our internal team, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
  • Embrace HR Operations: Dive into end-to-end HR operations, managing time and attendance systems with finesse.
  • Flexibility is Key: Tackle any ad-hoc tasks that come your way, embracing the dynamic nature of the payroll function.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience Matters: Ideally, you will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll and benefits within the Netherlands.
  • Knowledge is Power: Possess an Associate PDL degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ADP is a bonus and a knack for navigating payroll systems. You have to be comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to keep things running smoothly.
  • People Person: Shine in your social and communication skills, both in English and Dutch, fostering positive relationships across the board.
  • Independent Spirit: Show initiative and independence when needed, making informed decisions and keeping things moving forward.
  • Attention to Detail: Stay organized and focused, ensuring accuracy in all your endeavors.
  • Guardian of Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data with care, ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining utmost discretion.
  • What do we offer:

  • Temporary contract for 6 months
  • Contract for 32 hours
  • Hybrid position (2/3 days from home)
  • Salary range between € – € based on 40 hours
