Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage customer relations and program execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government business, Systems Integration projects and contract management, and possess excellent organizational skills. He/She will have a proactive approach to increasing business through change orders and upsell opportunities.

Key Missions

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customers, seek feedback, and pursue continuous improvement and business development with customer organization
  • Program Team Leadership: Lead and support the program team to achieve objectives and provide direction to stakeholders
  • Compliance and Planning: Ensure compliance with customer requirements and organize work according to the Program Management System process
  • Performance Monitoring and Risk Management: Perform tollgate reviews, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and define mitigation plans
  • Financial Management: Manage program profit and loss, revenue, invoicing forecasts, and ensure contract adherence. Optimize cash flow by prompt invoicing and delayed purchasing
  • Program Leadership: Autonomously lead programs
  • Profile & Other Information

  • Master’s degree from a business school, university, or engineering school specializing in electronics or IT
  • Knowledge of European communities
  • Previous experience in program management with international clients (10 to 15 years) with experience in electronics or services
  • Professional proficiency in English and previous experience in a multinational company preferred
  • Autonomous, enthusiastic, and proactive
  • Agility and ability to communicate in a multi-country environment
  • Customer focus and experience in international contract management
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and seek additional business opportunities
