(Part-time) HR Administrator – HUMAN CAPiTAL – Haarlem

Role description
The Human Resources Administrator works on a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) related projects including, performance and learning management, onboarding, policy implementation, and facilitating and conducting training. In addition, the HR Administrator is responsible for full-cycle recruitment.

  • Acts as a liaison between cross-functional teams to execute routine HR duties, including coordinating meetings, creating offer letters, updating employee records in our HR system, etc.
  • Completes digital filing and organization
  • Manage Health & Safety
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Assists employees with company policy questions
  • Provides a point of contact for employee assistance for all benefits administration.
  • Assists with employee inquiries on all leave of absence and related
  • Update organizational charts
  • Capture new hires, changes & terminations HR System
  • Managing the time and attendance system
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of overtime claims
  • Monitors performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion
  • Assist with payroll
  • Arrange leadership & external training
  • Monitor performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion
  • Assists with maintaining employee data in compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Requirements

  • Experience with administrative work in the HR field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred or other HR Systems
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information, communicate with and respond to questions from employees and management, and write reports and business correspondence
  • Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties in Dutch and English
  • Availability to work 20h/week
